U.S. Library of Congress Offers Free Resources to Support K-12 Education

Parents, students, and educators are urged to learn about all of the free resources the Library of Congress, the nation’s library, and the largest collection in the world. Among the collections include those of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall, Frederick Douglass, and The Wright Brothers. It includes 171 million physical items and 61 million items are digitized. The LOC offers support for K-12 education and grants through its Teaching with Primary Sources. No library card is needed.
